These Terms of Service govern your use of viralmint.digital and the Find Listing Plans and other services offered by Viral Mint. By submitting an enquiry, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Viral Mint provides Google Business Profile (GMB) management, website design, WhatsApp/RCS/SMS marketing, IVR calling, photoshoot/video shoot, promo creation, Spin-the-Wheel campaigns, SaaS/software development, business listing services, and facilitation of enquiries for credit card, loan and insurance products through our financial partners.

2. Find Listing Plans

The High Silver Plan (₹40,000/year) and High Gold Plan (₹60,000/year) are annual plans that include the lead allowance, bulk leads and services listed on our pricing page.
Lead allowance and bulk lead entitlements are valid for the 1-year plan term from the date your plan is activated (i.e. after payment verification), not from the date of payment submission.
Prices shown exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Plan activation timelines, ranking outcomes and lead volumes depend on factors outside our full control (including platform policies of Google and messaging providers) — we work to move your listing and visibility upward but do not guarantee a specific ranking position or lead count.

3. Payments

Payments are made via UPI directly to our published UPI ID. After paying, you must submit your UTR/transaction reference number through our website so our team can verify the payment. We do not store your UPI PIN, card numbers or bank credentials at any point — these never pass through our systems. Plan activation occurs after manual verification of your payment, which we aim to complete within a reasonable time of submission.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Because our plans include services (business listing setup, GMB work, campaign creation) that begin promptly after activation, please contact us at info@viralmint.digital before making a payment if you have questions about refund eligibility for your specific situation. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Financial product enquiries

Credit card, loan and insurance enquiries submitted through our website are forwarded to our financial partners for follow-up. Viral Mint acts as a referral/facilitation point only — approval, terms, rates and final offers for any credit card, loan or insurance product are determined solely by the relevant bank, NBFC or insurer, not by Viral Mint.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or plan purchases, and not to misuse our website (including submitting spam, false payment references, or attempting to access systems or data you are not authorised to access).

7. Limitation of liability

Viral Mint provides its services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Mint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services, including delays in third-party platforms (Google, WhatsApp, telecom providers) beyond our control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR.
